Athletes on the Academy Pathway are eligible to train at Academy Virtual, Short Track, and Long Track camps. Focus of the camps will be determined by the Provincial Yearly Training Plan (YTP). Sessions many include on-ice instruction, dryland training, strength and conditioning, mental performance, and skater-coach/official development.
Coaches are encouraged to attend Academy for experience and will receive NCCP points.
Community Academy camps by region are an opportunity to connect, learn, and have fun. By working directly with the Provincial Coach Coordinator, coaches, and volunteers, skaters have to a chance to learn and make new friends with participants from across a region.
